Take the Time to Dream....

About Me

I like to think I’ve been a writer all my life. As soon as I learnt to read stories, I was writing my own.

I was first published in the West Australian Newspaper with a short story about a circus horse when I was eleven years old. They paid me ten bucks for it and I knew I had found my dream job.

Of course, dreams always seem to take a back seat to life. I put my writing on hold to get two degrees, “a real job” and a spouse. I am now happily married, with two little sons.

Currently, I am enjoying motherhood and the chance to really get back into writing.

I write contemporary romances for Avalon Books and also longer Women's Fiction novels for which I am yet to find a publisher.

I also have short fiction published in both the romance and children’s literature genres.

Check out My Books for more information on my novels and my blog, for my thoughts on what it's like to be a newly published writer.
